Service Description

Linda Foinding is a cultural curator, public speaker, community leader and an IT specialist at Brown University. She is the Founder of Amazingly Africa, the Network for Digital inclusion and PanAfrican Leadership. The mission of Amazingly Africa is to empower Women & Youth through technology and inspire a free & transformed generation of leaders. Her work touches upon the United Nations Sustainable development goals 4, 5, 8 and 10. Namely: Quality Education, Gender Equality, Decent work and Economic Growth, and reduces inequalities respectively. She has founded as well as presided over several boards, namely: U.S. Funds for UNICEF, at Lynn University where she received her Bachelors of Science. She is a founding member of the Pan African Diasporan Youth Association (PADYA) under the supervision of H.E. Arikana Chihombori-Quao former ambassador of the African Union Mission to the USA where she was the chair of the sector for Science and Technology. She has also served on the Reader Committee of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders. She is the host of Umoja Sessions, a podcast whose aim is to foster the dialogue between Africa and its Diaspora, by sharing creative and innovative stories of entrepreneurs as well as round table discussions on Socio-Politico-Cultural-Economic topics and more.
